Lavender Loves

I have put myself on a clothes buying moratorium until May, but I have been online window shopping, and I noticed a trend. Almost everything I’m adding to cart is in shades of lavender or lilac, and it is all just so pretty and fun.

I’m also wondering if this is the lingering impacts of dressing up as Daphne from Scooby Doo, the purple outfit was just so fun, and I now have these purple platforms that I really want to wear again.

One. Hill House Home Simone Dress in Lilac Tonal Floral. This dress is so gorgeous, I also adore the green pumps they styled it with, it kind of leans into the flower aesthetic, lilac on top, green rooting you into the ground.

Two. Joe Fresh Gingham Button Down Cover-Up. This is so cute, they have a matching bikini, but only with low-rise bottoms, which is very not my style.

Three. Joe Fresh Ribbed Longline Bikini Top.

Four. Joe Fresh Ribbed High Rise Bottom.

Five. Hill House Home Cropped Sylvie Merino Wool Sweater. I can so picture the sweater and the pants at number eight as this adorable monochromatic outfit.

Six. Girlfriend Collective Wild Iris Huddle Half-Zip Windbreaker and Wild Iris Birdie Woven Skort. There’s not a ton of sizes left in the windbreaker, but this activewear outfit would be so cute!

Seven. Hill House Home Daphne Dress in Lilac Check. I am so in love with this dress, I think I’m going to get it for a few different events I have over the summer including my cousin’s wedding.

Eight. Hill House Home Claire Pant in Lavender. I love stretchy pants like this for work, they are so comfortable to sit and stand in all day, and in addition to the sweater above, I have this grey blouse with purple flowers on it that I think would go perfectly with these.

Nine. Roots Outdoors Half-Zip. I’m also obsessed with the colour combos they did with the pants. So cute.

So yeah, basically this is a love letter to all the lavender and lilac shades available this season.
