Current Needlepoint Wishlist

I was just trolling Pinterest (and have been getting a lot of needlepoint tiktok videos!) and was thinking “I wish I had a place I could list and link all of these for when I’m ready to place an order.” and remembered, duh! I have a blog!

So this is my list of all the needlepoint canvases I currently have on my shopping list!

Cowboy Take Me Away by Magnolia Needlepoint

Why do I want this? A) this is one of my favourite songs by The Chicks and has been for a long time, B) I think it would make a super cute pillow, I have this image of a really country/western pillow next to the Union Jack pillow on my chair.

Paige Spearrin at Lycette

I think almost all of her canvases are STUNNING, however, no one needs every canvas a designer makes, so this is what I would love from her current offerings.

Yellow Striped Bar by Paige Spearrin

Why do I want this? I just love it, I love the colours, I love the motion of the bartender using the shaker. I think this would be such a fun stitch.

Harbour Christmas by Paige Spearrin

Why do I want this? I just think it is beautiful, however, it is a LOT bigger than I thought it would be, I thought it would make a stunning Christmas pillow, but 15.5″ is a very tall pillow, so I would need to evaluate how I would finish it before I would purchase it.

Fresh Cherries by Paige Spearrin

Why do I want this? Cherries are my favourite fruit, I think this would adorable to have in my kitchen with my other cherry art, I would probably change the flag to be a Canadian flag.

Why do I want this? I think it’s cute and hilarious for the holidays because let’s be honest, we all buy ourselves a bunch of presents over the holidays.

Samantha Doll by Pop NeedleArts

Why do I want this? I still have my Samantha doll, although she is still at my parents’ house, I would LOVE this.

Kitchen Utensils – Rachel Barri Designs

Why do I want this? I think these would be adorable finished separately as little fridge magnets!

I Love You Ribbon Pin – Elisa May Needlepoint

Why do I want this? I think it is adorable and I love the horse ribbon theme.

Cherries Mini – M F Needlepoint

Why do I want this? I think this would be super cute as a bag charm and I love cherries!

Transferware Turkey Round Pillow – The Gingham Stitchery

Why do I want this? I think this would be so beautiful for Thanksgiving/fall decor, I don’t have any fall pillows and I have brown transferware dishes that I picked up off the side of the road in Sioux Lookout and they would look great together!

Transferware Horse Round – The Gingham Stitchery

Why do I want this? I think this would be a beautiful ornament.

Bienvenue – Le Point Stitchery

Why do I want this? This is one of the first needlepoint canvases I ever wanted, I think it is so beautiful but Le Point doesn’t ship directly to Canada so now that Penny Linn stocks them I can finally get it.
