The Friday Edit: Vol. 38

I only had one headache this week and the technique my doctor gave me for painkillers really worked. I also think that working from home has been helping because I get to get some extra sleep, wear comfy clothes, and adjust my temperature, light, food, and caffeine levels to work for what my body needs, and it has been good.
