This week was such a good week, my social battery is completely drained, but it was so good. Last weekend (I am actually struggling to remember), on Saturday, I deep-cleaned my apartment, made dip, and hosted pre-drinks before a social. Then Sunday, I played tennis in the morning and then got ice cream and went to the beach in the afternoon. On Monday, I traveled to one of the drive-in communities for work and then Tuesday to Thursday we were doing a work retreat type thing (much better than the last one, this was actually fun). And also on Tuesday I GOT TAYLOR SWIFT TICKETS for next Saturday. I absolutely cannot believe it. If you know anything about getting tickets for this Taylor tour you know that it has been a battle for everyone. There was no general sale because they completely sold out in the pre-sale. But there are always a handful of tickets held for “production release”, these are tickets held for radio giveaways, promotions/contests, and if the band, backup singers, dancers, stagehands, etc. to give to friends or family in each location, and if they aren’t used for any of those purpose they go on sale. And I got one!
I have never been to one of her shows and I have been a fan since 2006, so this feels so unbelievable. And one of my friends who lives in a nearby-ish town is going to carpool and split hotels and stuff with me so that will be great. Although, I have absolutely no clue what to wear.

I am back to watching Buffy, and have also gone back to The Hardy Boys.
This weekend all I have planned is some very intense hermiting, maybe a tennis lesson, and figuring out what to wear and what I need to order for all my different upcoming events.
Have a great weekend,
Laura
